Like many others in the industry, we faced challenges post-Covid. The original concept felt worn out; it was time to infuse fresh energy and redefine our vision. We embraced this challenge with passion and creativity, experimenting boldly as we have with our other five restaurants. It wasn’t always smooth sailing; there were bumps along the way before things got better.

Our journey led us to evolve from our original vision of Sayulita. We transitioned from traditional Mexican fare to an exciting blend of Tex Mex delights paired with Country music vibes—all centered around our love for tacos! By adding a bar and moving from counter service to full service, we’ve created an inviting space where everyone can feel at home.
